What data we collect

The information you enter yourself in the enquiry and interest forms: full name, e-mail address, company name and the text of your message. The forms deliver this information by e-mail to [email protected]; it is not stored on the website itself.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed only to answer your enquiry and to inform you about Academy programmes. The legal basis is your consent, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.

Retention and transfer

The data is kept for as long as is necessary to answer your enquiry and is then deleted. It is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data collected about you, to request that it be corrected or destroyed, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to [email protected].

Cookies and external services

The site does not use tracking cookies. Your language choice is remembered only in your own browser. The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network, which keeps cookieless, non-identifying aggregate visit statistics. Fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service; in doing so your browser connects to Google's servers. The map on the Contact page is loaded from the Google Maps service; in doing so your browser also connects to Google's servers.
